Dory's Story...
Dory’s moto is “Just keep cuddling!” “Just keep cuddling!” She is a quiet loving girl who adores snuggling up with someone and giving kisses. Dory would rather be cuddled up next to you than playing fetch, but does enjoy some games and exercise from time to time as well. She walks well on a leash and does not pull, probably due to how much she really does enjoy to be side by side with her new friends. She is really curious and excited meeting new people and other pets.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dory, a St. Louis Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in St. Louis, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in St. Louis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in St. Louis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a St. Louis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in St. Louis paves the way for another one to be saved.
