Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We do not adopt dogs from phone calls or emails. Please do not fill in adoption forms anywhere else, but on OUR web site. Thanks for that.
To start our adoption process, please fill out our form on our web site at: www.spokanewienerdogs.org and see the Adopt a Dog/Fee page with more details on how we adopt our dogs. There are a lot of questions answered on our web site and personality details below about each dog BELOW so please READ BEFORE getting in touch. We already answer 500+ emails a day. We do answer questions on dogs once our adoption paperwork is filled in so we can match to the right homes.
Please indicate which dog you are interested in on our adoption form. If their name says pending home then they are not available and are on a test drive with a new family. We do remove our dogs when our adoptions are final so please do not ask us if dogs are available if you see their ads here.
There is an adoption fee of $250 for this dog.
Buster is five years old, about 10 pounds but a tad too thin so being wormed like all new arrivals. He is here because of owner allergies we were told. So far he is very sweet and happy.
I am told that he likes cats and kids but we are still testing that as they just arrived. We do not place in homes with children under age 7. If you live in town we do require a house with a fenced yard so no apartments, condos or townhouses for this noisy hunting breed bred to run and chase.
We will also require a dog friend already in the home as well or adopt Dave together with this cutie.
He sat nicely for his nails to be clipped also which is always a plus in this breed.
Buster was being fed too tiny of dog kibbles so he has tartar on his teeth and those will need to be done by his new owner. If folks are in this area we can refer you locally to those who do not overcharge for this service. Please feed the largest dog kibbles they can handle and dry treats such as Milk Bones so less trips to the doggy dentist.
Dogs this tiny and sweet do not last long in rescue so read above on how we start our adoption process please,
