Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Carmen is a sweet, beautiful 5 year old, 50 pound girl. She seems like a loyal and loving girl. Carmen is a little confused. Her family left her at the shelter on May 17th saying that they had overwhelming health issues that did not allow them to give Carmen the care she deserves. It is obvious they loved her as they shared the information that she is good with kids and house trained and they vetted Carmen as she came to the shelter already spayed and micro-chipped. She is up to date with shots and heartworm tested negative. Carmen is in Run 849 and her ID is 584362.
Carmen has recently attended a couple of off-site adoption events, she did great, but sadly didn't get adopted. Here is what a volunteer had to say about her - "Sweet Carmen came with us to Petsmart adoptions this past Sunday. She is adorable. She is a little shy, but she loves people and attention, she likes other dogs, and she is just really really sweet. She walks nicely on a leash. She doesn't understand what happened to her home and really needs to get out of the scary noisy shelter."
"Carmen rode with me to our Petsmart adoption yesterday. I'm sad that she is still at the shelter! She is a very sweet girl and gives you lots of wiggle butts when you pet her or talk to her. She's a very nice dog and so deserves to get out of doggie jail."
When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, the names are oftentimes made up by volunteers.
