Hey there people! My name is Harper. I was brought to the shelter in the beginning of 2016 when a man risked his life to catch me at the top of a power line pole! I am one lucky kitty! I am super sweet and love to cuddle up on your neck and rub my face on yours. I do have a chronic cold so I'm always a little sniffley and sneezy. I am still very much a kitten and would appreciate your time to play with me to help me get all my energy out so you can sleep at night and so I don't become destructive when you are gone.
