Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Benny. 2 yr old male Maltese. Contact twylasfriends@yahoo.com
Benny is one special little guy. He has come a long way since he was found abandoned. Benny is almost 2 years old and weighs about 7 lbs. Benny loves to run in the yard, go for walks (he still pulls on the leash some) and play with his toys, but his favorite place is curled up in your arms cuddling. Rub his chest and he will go right to sleep. He still has his moments of aggression when he thinks someone is going to take his toys or food, but nothing like he used to be.
Benny hates cats with a passion and he is scared of dogs bigger than him especially. He will snap at them. He doesn't like a lot of loud voices or noises, so a home without small children would be the best for him. Ideally a home where he is the only pet would benefit him greatly. He is about 95% house broken (little boys will have accidents). He is very good about baths now, but we are still working on groomers, but with time and the more he goes the better he will be.

*****If you would like more information about the dog featured above, be sure to send a note to the "Contact Person." This is the person fostering the dog and they will be happy to answer any questions you have. Please don't just show up at Adoption Day expecting every dog to be there. We are limited by the number of volunteers who can help at each Adoption Day.
Also, in sending your note to the Contact Person, be sure to include information about yourself, family, home, yard, fence, other pets, work situation, and pet accommodations. This information will help us make the best match between you and one of our dogs***
