Hi my name is Oscar! I am a 2 year old owner surrender who found himself at the shelter looking for a new family. I am extremely laid back and sweet. I am content with laying on my bed, in someone's lap and being loved on. Come meet me and you'll fall in love, I promise! I am available now for adoption from Oceana County Animal Control.
