Hurc is a transfer from Tennessee. He has some hair loss due to a miter infection. This mite, Demodex is NOT contagious to people or other animals. He has received treatment for it but we suggest you follow up with your vet to see how they would want to proceed further.

We always recommend crate training, exercise, playtime, and a regular schedule for potty breaks when bringing a new dog into your home. Adjustment takes time for both you and your new family member, so remember to be patient and enjoy this new and exciting time!
Included in the adoption fee are rabies & distemper vaccinations, heartworm testing, deworming, spay or neuter surgery, and a free initial exam by one of many generous veterinary clinics who have donated their service
