An old fashioned name for a good old fashioned dog

Do you remember your first dog? One that barked to defend you? Jumped with excitement to see you? Laid down on your feet for a belly rub? Sprinkled you with a friendly post-bath shake? Do you remember first understanding why a dog is called a man's (or woman's) best friend? Then Copper Penny is the dog for you. Everything nostalgic that we love about canis lupus familiaris; her sweet affectionate manner will melt your heart. She enjoys walks and runs. She would live at a massage parlor if she could, never tiring of being petted and rubbed. She has a weakness for bones and will dig and bury her favorites. While she barks at other animals, she loves all humans. She is a people's people dog. A young, open-hearted bloodhound with beautiful amber eyes, seeking a family with room for all the love she will bring.
