Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This gorgeous young lady is Dutchess, a 4 year old German shepherd that is so deserving of a fresh start in life. Dutchess is one of five dogs that were turned in by their family because they were moving. Dutchess is the mother of some of the others and is probably quite happy to be getting the chance at a new life. She has been quite neglected and came to us with ear infections, neglected skin, and very thin. She is feeling great now after receiving medical care and plenty of TLC and is ready to start over. Dutchess is friendly and outgoing and much more socialized than her canine companions. She just loves being with people and is so happy to be given attention. Dutchess is extremely well behaved and walks like an absolute princess on a leash. She sits and offers you a pawshake when asked, and is very gentle with taking toys and treats. She enjoys taking a run in our exercise yard and will fetch every ball that you throw for her. Dutchess will need a home with no other dogs but she is a true people person that will be a loyal and loving campanion to the lucky family that welcomes this sweetheart into their hearts and home.
