TexAnna's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

TexAnna's Story...

TexAnna's background is somewhat conflicting in that the shelter she came from listed her as Shepherd mix.  She appears to have some Akita in her face, and the vet said with double dewclaws she had Great Pyrenees in her background, but also red Heeler.  She will walk on a lead but all else is awork in progress.  She is a needy girl who requires much assurance through attention and love.  She tends to bark when she has a need for you and is an active girl.  She does fine with other animals, children, and toddlers though she can be a little clumsy around toddlers.  She is very alert and attentive to your desires but she does need activity to keep her busy.  She is sweet and loving and will be most anxious to please you.

TexAnna has been spayed, micro-chipped and is on heart worm preventative. She is up to date on her vaccinations.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

TexAnna, a Grand Saline Labrador Retriever/Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Grand Saline, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Grand Saline.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Saline already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Saline breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Saline paves the way for another one to be saved.
