CALLIE!'s Story...
CALLIE! Beautiful and kind 11 year old DECLAWED kitty. She is sweet and little and very loving. She is the perfect kitty for laps and sleeping with you or watching TV with you right next by your side. She is actually just middle aged with no issues-kitties can easily live to 18 + if well taken care of. CALL has no issues and would quickly become your best friend.

CALLIE was a rescue from a neighboring kill shelter-we don't know why her previous owners would of given her up. She is very sweet and kind and has now issues. She is the best kitty and very pretty with her tortoishell colorings. CALLIE is completely vetted and is very healthy. Your adoption fee includes the following vetting:
Up to date on shots including Leukemia, the all-in-one and rabies
FIV/FeLV negative.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CALLIE!, a Owenboro Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Owenboro, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Owenboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Owenboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Owenboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Owenboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
