Stitch's Story...
My name is Stitch! Like the Disney character with those big ol' ears, I'll get your attention and steal your heart! I'm a tiny little Chihuahua at only 6 lbs. I've come into my own though - nobody pushes me around! I like my canine foster siblings, both big and small, and I like playing and having a really fun time. I tend to be a real attention hog and want it all for me, me, me! If I'm not the only dog, my new owner will have to remind me that attention can be shared. I really love my new foster momma and daddy. I want to be where ever they are - petting, tummy rubs, and kisses (LOTS OF KISSES). I never knew life could be so GREAT! My manners still need a bit of work such as leash and house training but my foster family is working with me and I just want to make them happy so I'm trying really hard. No fence is needed for me, I'm gonna stay pretty close. If you're looking for a snugly, special little guy to keep you company - I'M THE ONE!! Stitch is up to date on all shots, heart worm negative, on heart worm preventative, microchiped, de-wormed, and neutered. Stitch’s adoption fee is $250.00. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Out of state adopters are responsible for arranging transport, WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS. For events calendar and adoption application please go to our website at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stitch, a Bridgeton Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Bridgeton, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Bridgeton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bridgeton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bridgeton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bridgeton paves the way for another one to be saved.
