Isn't this the cutest little dog. Oliver has a personality to match...sweet and gentle. He is an 8 month old ShihTzu-Bichon mix puppy who is a little love bug. His previous owners neglected him and left him outside alone in a yard. We have just begun house training him and he is doing marvelous. Oliver is fully vetted and micro chipped .
