Paint's Story...
Paint is very, very beautiful and distinctive looking. She is an older female, about fourteen years old, with soft long hair and calico markings. She is mostly white, but with black and orange patches. She was found in a parking lot, very pregnant. Paint was rescued by BCF and then gave birth. She has been at the sanctuary for many years, knowing that she is very beautiful and special and hoping to be treated accordingly. She is very affectionate and longs to be petted, cuddled and sweet-talked. She will show her appreciation to you, with a lovely purr and loving looks. Paint is very feminine. She is FIV+, but that is no longer as contagious as once thought, so she can easily be mixed in with other cats. She gets along with other cats, so would be okay in a household with other cats, but would also be the most happy as the only cat in the house. She would love your undivided attention!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Paint, a Naples Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Naples, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Naples.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naples already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naples breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naples paves the way for another one to be saved.
