Mannie was at the SPCA in another county for 5 years. yes, you read that right, 5 years. He got there as a puppy so grew up there.
Mannie is sweet and loving and he is good with the other dogs. He really likes attention from people and kids as well. Mannie is awesome and handsome as well and deserves a chance at his very own family.
