My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Merlot is the cutest brown tabby. She loves to be held and be petted when she is not playing and chasing around with her sister Chardonnay. They follow each other around constantly and will need to be adopted together. Won't you consider giving these two their forever home. They will reward you with lots of love in return and keep you entertained with their adorable kitten antics.

Behaviorally and socially, it’s best to adopt kittens in pairs, or into a home with a playful cat. Merlot and her sister, Chardonnay, must be adopted together. They both really need a playmate in their forever home…and then they can get to play, and snuggle while you're not home.

If you are only interested in adopting a single kitten, and you’re home most of the day, and able to spend interactive time with a kitten, we will consider adopting out a kitten older than 4 months. Each foster home knows the kitten’s personalities best, and we follow their recommendations for single placements. Merlot's foster mom is requiring that she be adopted with her sister Chardonnay.

Merlot’s estimated date of birth is 2/9/16. Her adoption fee of $135 includes her vet exam, FVRCP vaccinations, FIV & Feline Leukemia testing (neg), routine deworming, flea control, microchip and spay.
