I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Stormy is an absolutely adorable, cherub-faced, fluffy, dilute tortoiseshell Maine Coon domestic medium hair mix girl who was born about Valentine's Day 2016. She is definitely a lap kitty who loves to be held and purrs as soon as you pick her up. She's very, very sweet yet playful; although she can be a bit shy at first, she warms up quickly.
Stormy gets along great with all ages of cats and dogs in her foster home. Plus, most Maine Coon mixes are known for being very patient with gentle children, so she would make an ideal family pet. Stormy and her brothers, Indigo and Phoenix, were rescued by Buster's Friends from the Wharton Animal Shelter when all animals had to be evacuated because of the torrential flooding on April 20.
Stormy is a little young to reveal that she may have some Maine Coon blood coursing through her veins, but she will probably eventually have a ruff around her face and a huge fluff of a tail. Right now she already has the huge "snowshoe" paws, tufts in her ears, as well as the gentle, friendly, loving disposition of a Maine Coon mix. To learn more about Maine Coons, watch the attached 3-minute video that appeared on Animal Planet. It will only increase your frenzy to meet sweet Stormy, who is viewable at the PetSmart in Richmond/ Katy. Won't you be that lucky family who adopts this adorable ball of fluff (and one of her brothers Phoenix or Indigo, for that matter!)?
Stormy is updated on shots, spayed, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/ FeLV negative, and ready for her indoor-only home. Her adoption fee is $125 for kittens 9 months old and younger, cash or check payable to Buster's Friends.
