My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I was a gift to someone about 3 months ago. Unfortunately my former owner was not home much and she felt I would do better in a different home. I was brought to the county shelter and lucky for me the AWLMC intake team was charmed by me and saw the potential of what a great cat I could be. My foster mom says I have "patent leather" black markings which are striking against my brown tabby coat. I think I am just handsome and adorable!! I am a confident boy and will check out my new digs fairly quickly. I am also social. If you have a party I will be the official greeter. I like to be with my humans almost all the time. I am not a lap sitter, but I will sit right beside you. I purr readily and have a little chirping noise I make rather than a standard meow. You see I have to distinguish myself some with all the cats I am competing with to find a new home! I get along with other cats. In my foster home I play chased with the resident cat and we even groomed each other. I enjoy playing with toy mice and watching the birds and squirrels from the window. I also like to play in the cat cube and tunnels. Are you looking for a social boy that will always be close and ready for a snuggle? If so I might be the one. Check me out soon! I was born in 2014.
