Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bear is a lucky boy who has made remarkable progress healing from an extremely severe case of Demodex mange (non-contagious). He was surrendered to the shelter as a puppy after his owners let him get to the point that he was completely hairless and we had no idea what color his coat was supposed to be. Later that week a volunteer offered to foster him and off he went. In 2 months he now looks like this, completely normal and you'd never know he was hairless except for his before photos. Bear is completely house and kennel trained. He walks on a leash and rides in the car like an angel. He sits on command and is a great partner for games of fetch. He is a puppy and will chew so his foster mom keeps plenty of appropriate chew toys in the house to keep him out of trouble. Bear will remain in foster care until adopted. He loves other dogs and is great with cats too. Adoption fee is $100.00, he's neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and has been on flea and heartworm prevention since his arrival to the shelter.
