Hi! I'm Gabby! I'm a Jack Russell mix and I am the sweetest girl EVER! I love to play fetch, I'm super smart, and I love water! My foster parents say that I'm a great companion for pretty much anyone! I ride nice in the car and I walk on my leash and harness! I'm only 6 months old, so I'm still learning stuff, but I know sit and lay too! I love to play with other dogs, and even kitties! Sometimes though, they don't understand I just wanna play! I do not need to be with small animals though, like rabbits or ferrets, etc. Other than that, I'd do great pretty much anywhere! I do need a fenced in yard to run around in though, cause I have LOTS of energy!! I'm crate trained, and housebroken, so long as I get lots of potty breaks, but my parents say I still gotta be supervised inside cause I'm a nosy puppy. Wanna be my best friend FOREVER?!

We have claimed God’s promise that with “faith as a grain of mustard seed…Nothing shall be impossible to us.”
Furry Friends Animal Rescue is now a foster-based, community oriented rescue that is focused on helping change the lives of stray, abandoned, abused and neglected animals in our communities and cities. We want to work hand-in-hand with the community and citizens to teach and educate. Change comes one person at a time, showing that the first step to helping is to be responsible pet owners and spay & neuter. If we start a change today, we will have a much brighter tomorrow.

Our Adoption Process...

Visit
www.furryfriendsofalabama.org for info..
We want to make sure that each of our pets goes to the perfect forever home, for them AND the people! Because of that, we require an adoption application be filled out prior to meet & greets with any of our pets (except at events.) Once an adoption application – which will include references & vet References – is filled out, we will conduct a meet & greet and home check of the potential adopters residence.

If the human and pet seem to be a perfect fit, we do have an adoption contract that must be signed, and we charge a $150 adoption fee. All of our animals are micro-chipped, spayed/neutered, and UTD on all vaccines prior to being adopted out. That adoption fee helps us to put back some of the money spent on each animal, and will go towards helping other pets in need!
