SWEET CAT PERKY MIDDLE-AGED KITTY LOOKING FOR A QUIET HOME!!!

UPDATE:  JUNE 17, 2017

Merry  is a perky smallish middle aged kitty of 9, who has blossomed at the shelter and if you visit her in her room and sit for a bit, she will come right up to you and ask for some gentle lovin'.  She can have a quirky side to her, as many cats do, if they feel threatened or unsure of things, so I would not recommend her for a home with small children.  She is, at the moment, a rather plump kitty, but I'm sure she would lose the extra weight easily if she were allowed to follow a human companion around in their home rather than sleep all day in a small room she shares with other kitties.  She gets along fine with her roommate, and with the proper introduction would most likely adapt to someone who has another cat already.  Wouldn't you like a little Merryiness in your life?
