It is summer but you still need a cardigan for those cool nights. I am a very buff twelve-pounders time to get your cardio routine going and do some weight lifting (aka getting my cat food down to feed me). Deep knee bends are good for you, too, as you put my meal on the floor and give my chin a scratch. Of course, while I am ordering you around, I will be doing my floor stretches and meditation exercises in the closest sunbeam. Once fed, the elite athlete needs lots of exercise, so I would love to engage you in a game of laser mouse or ball chase. Those bouncy foam ones are great. Just check out my video on the PAWS website. Now, I want you to know that I am a very friendly guy and I like people a lot. However I like to workout solo. Other cats get me edgy and I can't focus.
