Facts about S'more

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Black & White Or Tuxedo
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Meet S’more! This handsome fella came to us as a stray from Illinois. S’more is incredibly affectionate and sweet, and would make anyone a perfect companion. One of S’more’s special traits is his HUGE head (which we like to think means he’s super smart!) His disproportionate noggin just makes him that much more lovable.

S’more is happy, sweet, energetic, and grateful for any and all loving pats. Favorite activities include using his scratching post, wrestling with his foster brother, and tossing around his foster mom's hair ties.

Due to S’more’s rough start in life, he is both FIV+ and FELV+. Kitties with these conditions can live long healthy lives.

You can learn about FIV here: http://tenthlifecats.org/all-about-cats/health-and-care/fiv
and FELV here: http://tenthlifecats.org/all-about-cats/health-and-care/felv

S’more loves other cats and his ideal forever home would either have another kitty or an owner who is home enough to give him plenty of attention. Because of the contagious nature of FELV, S’more should go to a home with other FELV kitties (you can contact Tenth Life for a list of other wonderful adoptable kitties who are FELV+ to be possible companions for S’more).

S’more’s foster family describes him as playful, friendly, snuggly, and happy. He loves other kitties and is happy, healthy, and loving life off the streets! He will be a WONDERFUL addition to any home. Will it be yours?

About Tenth Life Cat Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Tenth Life is an animal welfare organization that provides another chance at life to injured and abused stray cats. Our focus is on felines with extreme medical needs or ongoing conditions that make it difficult for typical shelters to afford their care.

Stage one of our mission is getting needy cats off the streets of St. Louis and into caring Foster Homes, where they await their forever homes. Stage two´s goal is to open a shelter building that will house special-needs kitties in a cage-free, no-kill setting until they can be carefully placed in their forever homes.

Our Adoption Process...

All potential adopters are required to complete a comprehensive application and interview, and will need to supply proper identification, as well as personal and veterinary references. Our adoption fee is $125 for kittens 6 months or younger, and $100 for any cat over six months of age. Our fee includes spay/neuter surgery, vaccines to-date of adoption, and a microchip. Once approved, all adopters are required to sign an adoption contract.
