Piggy's Story...
Miss Piggy is oh so very sweet! She came to us from a very neglectful home where she was kept outside on a chain with no shelter. Her neighbor came and ask if he could have her took her home and contacted us.

Piggy went to the vet and was spayed and vaccinated and we found out she had polyps in both of her ears. This was caused from prolong eat mites and infections that were never treated. We have since treated her ears. We also found out she is heart worm positive. We are starting her slow kill treatment this month and it will be included with her adoption.

Piggy gets her name because she snorts when she eats! She gets along great with dogs and cats and just loves her new life and she's just waiting for the perfect furever home to come along!

Miss Piggy is only 3 years old and full of life!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Piggy, a Charlotte Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
