Amelia B's Story...
We are so happy to introduce you to sweet Amelia B. If we had to describe her in two words it would be Puppy Perfection!!! We can't even begin to explain how a litter of puppies can all be so awesome. We found Amelia and her 3 sisters at the local high kill shelter as four week old babies that should have still been with their mother. They were scared and so young that they were unable to eat the dog food they were being offered. We were told that they had been living under an abandoned house, which is definitely not ideal, but unfortunately now they had a whole new set of problems. Needless to say they left with us that day. It didn't take long to realize they had never been held but it took even less time for them to figure out that they liked it...a lot! All four girls are crazy sweet and love to give lots of puppy kisses. They'll run and play if you want but don't seem to mind a lazy evening on the couch either. If Amelia B sounds like the forever pup you've been looking for please contact us today. Her adoption fee is $500 which includes 2 rounds of puppy vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip, all necessary vetting while in our care and transportation to your area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Amelia B, a Brattleboro Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
