My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB February 3, 2014.

Oprah is an affectionate and loving cat. She loves attention; you can tell her all your stories, pet her until your heart is content, brush her soft fur, and play interactive games with her! She’s quite talkative and will happily converse with you. She really loves being brushed! She’s also very kissy! She loves to be petted and will often lick your hand in gratitude.

Oprah was found on the streets of London, Ontario, and was part of a group brought to TCR foster families. She had a terrible cold and when she was taken to the vet it was discovered she was pregnant! A few weeks later she gave birth to five beautiful kittens. Oprah was such a great mom she also took in two young orphans to raise. She’s done a great job, but now she wants it to be all about her.

Oprah has good litter box habits, but is still learning about scratching posts and will need some work in that area. She also still thinks she’s eating for eight (7 kittens!). She will eat everything in sight if she’s not limited. She does have a grade two heart murmur, but no medication is needed.

Oprah gets along with the other cats in her foster home as long as she gets to be the boss. She’d probably do well with a cat of similar age (and energy) or a younger one she could boss around. She’d also be fine as a single, well-loved kitty family member. She is not good with dogs.

Adopt Oprah and make her queen of your home. She’ll repay you with more love and affection than you imagine!
