My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zane is a nice looking, small male, Maltese. He currently weighs 5 lbs 4 oz. which is a good weight for him. He is a slow eater so it is best when he has time to consume his food without other dogs in the same area. Zane appears to be a purebred Maltese as he has a lovely straight, soft, all white coat of hair. He was so badly matted that his hair had to be cut short, but he will have a lovely coat in a few months with daily brushing and grooming. Zane has a beautiful Maltese head with big eyes and short nose giving him a nice appearance. He was one of the four dogs surrendered when his owner died. Zane is a bit hesitant around new people, especially men. He would do best in a home with a person having time to give him lovely care and training. He gets along well with other small dogs. His little body is a bit tense when held so it is thought that this little guy did not receive much human affectionate.
