Wonka's Story...
Wonka is a total lover! Her favorite place to relax is on the sofa pressed against humans who will pet her and love on her. While she might sound like a couch potato, it's not the case! Wonka enjoys walks, but her favorite activity is to play and race around with the other dogs at her foster home. She also is affectionate to her human foster brother. This 3 year old girl looks like she's had already had several litters in her short life. Wonka has a strange gait, but we have had xrays done of her hips and evaluated by 2 vets each of whom feels she just needs supplements, no surgery. Wonka shows no evidence of any discomfort... in fact, her expertise in vertical leaps and jumping on some restricted furniture, each of which took a great many reminders until she remembered they were a no-no, was quite admirable!! If you'd like a devoted companion, who is quite pretty, loves people and other dogs, and has a wonderful temperament, Wonka is the girl for you! Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wonka, a Frederick Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Frederick, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Frederick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Frederick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Frederick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Frederick paves the way for another one to be saved.
