Gwen,love, love love's Story...
Hi there! Gwynnie here. Hey, I am looking for a new home and would like to know if yours is available. I am young, slim and have big brown eyes. I know how to sit and walk on a leash, but that is not what makes me special. I had a pretty rough start in life and was treated very poorly, but I am safe now and ready to get on with things. I walk with my foster brothers but they are older and don't really like to play as much as I do. Once we walk they just want to nap. My foster mom thinks I am special because I love everyone I meet, and she just doesn't know how I could be that way after what I have been through. I have tried to let her know that I "live in the moment" and know that everyone is not bad. I just want to start over again with a family that will love me, put up with my puppy antics, and play with me. I have gained a good bit of weight and am now a healthy 32 pounds. I have learned to sit, lie down and shake. I love to herd things and put them into places, so I would probably do better with older kids and dogs that were over 15-20 pounds. I don't think cats like to be herded so for the cats' sake, they might need a spot to chill. But in the house I just think of them as snooty dogs. If you have a spot open in your house and your heart, I would sure love to come fill it. LOVE AND LICKS Gwynnie

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gwen, love, love love, a boston Border Collie/Whippet dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Whippet for sale in boston, or seeking a Border Collie/Whippet dog from a breeder in boston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in boston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a boston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Whippet breeders who help with Border Collie/Whippet rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in boston paves the way for another one to be saved.
