Facts about Carson

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Brown Tabby
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Carson is a really great guy. He is tall and handsome (but not especially dark) with golden eyes. He’s a long-legged brown tabby about five years old. He is sweet, friendly, independent and adventuresome. He is quite affectionate but is also a good sport about it when you don’t have time to give him much petting. He accepts it and goes onto the next thing – however he will appear by you again soon, for another round of pets. Carson came from a large rescue operation and was one of the first kitties to be comfortable in his new surroundings and around new people. This shows that he is very adaptable – and therefore very adoptable! He has tested FIV+, which latest research shows is not as contagious as once thought, so he can be easily mixed in with other cats. He gets along with other kitties very well so would do great in a household with other kitties. But he would also be okay as an only kitty, because he is comfortable with himself.

When you find a companion that is perfect for you, we will ensure that your new pet is spayed/neutered, up to date on all shots and microchipped.

At Brigid's Crossing we take the time to care for the animals until they are safe in their new homes which we believe makes for a healthy and happy transition for all involved.

All of our animals are chipped, spay/neutered and up to date on current shots.
