Chico has had an interesting story up until now. He is selective on who he wants to hang out with, but he will worm his way over to your side and lean on you to get more scratches when you're not paying attention. He likes to be the head of his pack, but he tolerates other small dogs well to date. He would do best in a home with older children especially.
