My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Bruno! He's a 3 year old Collie/Boxer mix that was rescued from the Lorain County Dog Kennel via another rescue and then brought to Friendship to find his forever home. Bruno is a sweet and gentle fellow that is a great co-pilot in the car. He also knows a few basic commands such as sit and down. To find out more about this nice guy, stop by and spend some time with him. You will definitely like Bruno. This fellow was recently adopted and returned after only a few days. The owner lived her her elderly mother and worked long hours. Bruno was too much dog for the mother who ended being his primary caretaker. Bruno would thrive with an active family.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
