My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Smokey is an elderly gentleman with the key word being gentle. This poor boy has lived chained outside his entire. We're going to see to it that Smokey finishes his golden years in a warm and soft bed. This sweet boy is a quiet, easy going and gentle dog. He has a calm spirit and would love to sit beside you while you're watching TV, reading, sitting on your porch with a cup of coffee or going for a drive in the country. Smokey is about 10-12 years old. He has really bad arthritis and is hard of hearing, but he is fine with other animals as long as they don't jump on him . He is great with people. Please help this handsome Husky mix find the loving home he deserves.

Update: Smokey was seen by the vet and was neutered and had his teeth clean. His blood work shows he has perfect kidney and liver function. He is just on some anti- inflammatory & joint supplements. He is recovering nicely and just happy for attention.

Smokey's adoption fee is $100. This covers all age-appropriate shots and vetting.

**If you are coming to the event to see a certain dog, please email ahead of time to make sure that dog will be there that day or check our facebook page the night before for our attendee list for that event.
