Raspberry's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Raspberry's Story...
We rescued 4 adorable kittens from a Brooklyn backyard. Their mom was fixed and returned to her home. Two of the kittens were adopted, but we still have Raspberry and Rain (named in tribute to Prince). Raspberry is a female, Rain - a male. They adore each other and play like crazy. They also love people, including very young ones, dogs, other cats, other kittens, food, climbing things, chasing things and naps in sunny spots.

The kittens are currently 10 weeks old (as of June 4).

The kittens tested negative for FELV and FIV, are up to date on vaccinations and fixed. We would love them to be adopted together because they are really bonded.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Raspberry, a Brooklyn American Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a American Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
