Pierce's Story...
~ Pierce ~
11 month old, neutered male, Dachshund/Terrier mix at 19lbs. He was left inside a box in front of a soilder's home. The soilder was going to keep him but he got orders to go to the middle east. So we picked up Pierce and took him under our rescue. He is very energentic and playful mainly because he's still a young pup. He has these gorgeous eyes that you will fall in love with... He loves to rumble with the big dogs but also plays with small dogs. He loves to snuggle on the couch. He isn't fully potty trained but is learning fast with the help of doggie diapers. He enjoys having Coconut Oil and Blueberries daily. I make him and the other pups their own doggie treats that he absolutely loves. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pierce, a Miami Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Miami, or seeking a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Miami.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Miami already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Miami breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Miami paves the way for another one to be saved.
