My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Darryl was found living in a large drainage pipe in a ditch. He had to be trapped as he was quite happy in his home..and then he had to be totally shaved down as he was so matted and full of burrs...He is approx 8 months old and 20 lbs as of 6/16, so he is just a pup. He is very active and playful, loves his rescue buddies, likes to run and play and eat.. He could do with some leash and house training, but seems to be very smart and learns quickly. He is a sweet dog with a nice disposition and would do well to have playmate. He may have some sheepdog in him or Tibetan Terrier. He has a very long shaggy coat and is a beautiful dog

If you live in MA, there are new requirements for rescue dogs - according to the State Law, all rescues have to be quarantined for 48 hrs at the Ben Elder Kennels in Westport, MA. There is additional cost for this quarantine and new required health cert by a licensed MA vet. We will go over all fees with you via email.
