Louie's Story...
Lily's beautiful babies, born 4/4/16, are ready for adoption!!

One of Always Room 4 More Paws awesome foster angels took Lily under her wings, pregnant. After being loved and nurtured for 8 weeks, they are ready to find their forever families! Being in a foster home with other dogs and children, they have been well socialized.

Mom looks to possibly be a doxie/aussie mix, she has short legs. Louie appears to be Doxie/Beagle.. Whatever they are, they are a mix of adorable!

On the larger size, but with shorter legs, is Louis. He is the most cautious of the litter and "kind of a chicken".
Previous puppy experience is a plus, since they will need to be housebroken. They will also need someone home most of the day to continue their training and socialization.
If you think Louis might be the right match for your family, please go to www.alwaysroom4morepaws.com and fill out the application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Louie, a Elgin Dachshund/Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Beagle for sale in Elgin, or seeking a Dachshund/Beagle puppy from a breeder in Elgin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Elgin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Elgin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Beagle breeders who help with Dachshund/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Elgin paves the way for another one to be saved.
