Stewart's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Stewart's Story...
Stewart found himself at the city shelter after being picked up as a stray and not having anyone reclaim him. He's a cute little 15lb terrier mix that's around 2-3 years old. He's such a sweetheart and loves attention. He walks great on a leash and does well with other animals but will chase cats to play. He has made himself right at home in his foster and is doing well with house and kennel training. He's not really a barker and loves to sunbathe outdoors. He's utd, hw neg (tested below detectable leaves) and neutered!

All dogs have a $150 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stewart, a Grand Bay Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Grand Bay, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Grand Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
