**PENDING ADOPTER** Carl is a hound mix who is looking for his forever home. Born Feb 2016. Carl currently weighs approx. 35lbs (should be less than 55lbs full grown) He has been fully vetted (neutered, microchipped, all vaccines including rabies, Bordetella and DHPP. Carl is a love bug!
