My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gabriel is a 9-10 month old neutered Labrador Retriever/Rhodesian/Pit Bull mix and about as sweet and handsome as they come! He is gentle and affectionate (loves to "wash" faces) and would be good with children, though maybe not too small since he is already 70 pounds and still growing into his big paws. He handles very nicely on leash (hardly ever pulls), especially for a dog his size. With other dogs, he can be a little shy initially but when he wants to play he'll definitely let you know...If he were to be placed with another dog, he would probably do best with a dominant female. He's a true gem and with training and a secure, stable home he'll just blossom! And he's just so doggone, irresistibly cute! Although he could be placed with another dog, I would recommend that being the only dog initially would be best for him...he could really use the attention and focus. He also would make a great hiking/outdoors companion.
