It was yet another stormy day in Central Texas, where every crack of thunder brought another crowd of wet and muddy stray dogs to the local Texas shelters. BOOM! ZAP! One last flash of lightening, and a sweet 4 year old Chihuahua named RAIN appeared like magic at the door of a rural animal shelter. She marched into the dry shelter with her excessively long nails clicking on the cold cement floor. RAIN stopped only to shake off her soggy fur. She was placed in a kennel with a view through a chain link fence to which she quickly ran for a peek. She saw a small glimmer of sunshine and a rainbow coming her way! RAIN's perfectly petite 7 pounds was hoisted over the fence and secured in place on the Ay Chihuahua Rescue ark. Now RAIN seeks days filled with bright sunshine, manicured nails, and the magical sounds of a furever family filling her adorable ears. Are you ready to shower RAIN with furever love?
