My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

It is confusing at any age when your family walks away from you… but at 13, it is downright scary! TILLIE’s tale could be one of woe, abandonment and fear...but not our TILLIE. Even though she is alone for the first time in her life, she bravely overcame initial fears and confusion and now accepts comfort and reassurance from her Foster Mom. TILLIE slips under the covers each night to smush up close next to a warm body, content that all is right in the world. She wants to be near her chosen human as much as possible and after a 24 hour “settling in” period, she’ll masterfully beg her way into a loving lap! TILLIE knows that things are different now. Different, but love *is* out there and TILLIE is ready to spend the rest of her life with a family who won’t ever walk away.
