Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Are you looking for your new best friend-the perfect cat who is not only playful but very lovable and sweet? Well, that is Fawn. She LOVES people but is not thrilled about other cats though but that is ok if you are looking for an only child to keep you company.
She was found abandoned at a apartment complex hiding out in a dirty crawlspace but came right out when we called her. Poor baby, we thought she was just lost but found out someone moved out and left her behind, un-spayed or course.
We took her to the vet and got her spayed, vaccinated for FVRCP and rabies, flea and worm treated , and tested for feline leukemia and FIV. She is negative for leukemia but does have FIV which is not a death sentence! She can live just as long as other cats (15-20 years) but just has a weaken immune system which requires you to just keep a good eye on her and kept away from stress-which is what any good pet owner should do anyway. You can NOT get aids from her, nor can a dog but a cat could IF she fights with them and there is an exchange of blood. That is why it would be best if she were an only child which she would prefer anyway. Not sure how she would be around a dog? Please don't be afraid and give her a chance-she will love you for life!
