This little miss is on the small side of medium for a lab mix. She is a friendly girl and is very affectionate (Just a little too curious around cats to say she is cat-safe.) with her person. She loves to play with other dogs but must have a securely fenced yard since she is an escape artist. With very unusual brindle markings mixed with black, her coloring can best be described as novel. Sue Sue will be a wonderful addition to any family. She is crate trained and accustomed to living inside. Email us for more information. Vet check and home visit required prior to all adoptions.
LAPAW Rescue is an all volunteer, non-profit, all breed rescue group. We do not have a shelter, but instead foster animals in our homes until they are adopted. We are committed to giving homeless animals a second chance at life.
Donate to Our Rescue Group...
Donations can be made through PAYPAL at firstname.lastname@example.org. All donations are tax deductible and go directly to care of our homeless pets.
Come Meet Our Pets...
LAPAW Rescue holds pet adoption days every Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. at the Petsmart in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Our Adoption Process...
The adoption fees for our rescue animals range from $100 to $150. LAPAW Rescue spays or neuters every animal, provides all shots, and vet checks every animal. Anyone interested in adopting must fill out an adoption application and be screened by an adoption coordinator. Home visits are required prior to adoptions. The home visit is to assure the safety of the animal and that the dog is a good match for the family.
