I am crate trained and, if taken out on a schedule, I am house broken. I currently am being fostered with a cat and another dog. I get along with them, though sometimes have food issues with the dog.
I will make an absolutely wonderful pet for a family who is home a lot of the time (unless you can take me with you) and has children over age 10 due to my small size and because I am a little hesitant of smaller kids. Once I know them, I love them just as much as my older “humans”. You have to be patient with me when you first meet me as I am a little hesitant of new people. But if you offer me a treat and play a little ball with me, I warm up fast..
Here is a cute video of me playing ball!
Please give me a chance to love, cuddle and be a part of you and your family. I may be only 8 pounds but I am a ton of love!!!
Shannon is a female/sp terrier mix born ~May 2014.
For more information on our adoption process, please visit our website at www.youluckydogrescue.org and read our Adoption FAQ's and Before You Adopt documents. In addition you can complete an online adoption application from our website. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org for additional details.
Our adoption fee is $250 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
