Hi, my name is Arthur and I am a very handsome and small tri color chocolate Beagle. I was found as a stray by some very nice people that took me in and are giving me a loving foster home while I search for my forever home. They have fallen in love with me and if they didn’t already have three dogs they would keep me. I love the other dogs and we have so much fun playing together. Although my foster family doesn’t know my past they think I may have always lived outside. They are teaching me house manners and they say I am very smart and learn fast. We have been working on potty training and I’m doing a great job. I’ve only had a few accidents in the beginning but am now house trained. I love going for walks and meeting new people. I would make someone a great hiking partner. My foster mom is surprised at how well I walk on a leash. I’m very playful and like to be on the go. I love to be outside and enjoy sniffing around in their fenced yard. I never meet a stranger and if you’re a kid look out because you’ll get a ton of love from me. I just love kids. I like to snuggle with them and I don’t even mind if they pick me up and hold me. In fact I will snuggle with anyone as I am a lover. I don’t mind being in a crate as long as you don't leave me in there too long. I sleep all night in a crate in my foster parent’s room. I don’t mind riding in the car and sit on the floor and enjoy the journey.
Arthur is a wonderful dog that would love to be a part of your family.
He approximately 8 years old and weighs 20 lbs.
