My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Soloman. He is a Salmon Crested Moluccan Cockatoo. He is approximately 21 years old and is presumed male. His previous owner passed away and he has been with us at the rescue for about 9 months. He is a typical cockatoo; loves to cuddle, laugh, very talkative, and with a quirky little personality. He enjoys spending time outside of his cage, as well as outside. is female preferential and will not be adopted out to a male. He would do best in a home as an only bird and would need an experienced adopter. All potential adopters need to be familiar with the species and understand that cockatoos are loud, can be very destructive, and do not do well in homes with pregnant women, or with individuals with breathing problems or asthma due to dander.
