Meet Lady, she's a sweet little senior rat terrier who lost her home and mate after their owner died. Poor girl seems to just wander around the house looking for them. She hates cats and is still working on housetraining. She does not like being crated. She's been here about 2 weeks now, so she's getting more comfortable. I would hate for her to get too comfortable, because it's only going to be hard on her again when she's adopted. If anyone is looking for a sweet older dog to keep company with and share meals with, please consider Lady. She's probably around 10-11 years old but seems to be in good health other then she doesn't hear too well. She eats well and does not mind the other dogs except when the younger ones get in her face. She also likes to snuggle at night. Guess it makes her feel safe. Lady's adoption fee has been discounted in the hopes that someone will find it in their heart to give this lady a loving home for the rest of her years which actually could be many as little dogs can live many years.
