A - MICHAEL's Story...
Hi, there! My name is Michael. What’s yours? Nice to meet ya! WATCH MY VIDEO!

Hey! Before you get attached to me, read all the way to the bottom. You will see that I am still in Houston, TX but I want to get OUT of Houston and OUT of Texas so I can have a really good life. I want to see Texas in my rear view mirror. A nice person came along and took me in and, now, I am ready to hit the road to your house! Uh, make that “our” house, OK?

Wanna know more about me? OK, here goes! I am a puppy, only 3 months old and I weigh 11 pounds. Thank goodness, I was saved because I didn’t know how to survive out on the streets by myself! Those funny-looking creatures, named humans, I think they are called, told me that they think that I am a Hound/Lab mix. I sure came out pretty darn cute, huh?

Can you stand hearing more good stuff about me? I am a sweet and happy little boy. I have several housemates, some small like me, and some, larger and I get along with all of them. I love to play with my toys and all the other dogs. We chase each other around the yard. My legs aren’t too long now but I can still run pretty fast.

I learned to use a doggie door and I’m learning about crate-training but I’m not real keen on the crate just yet. Maybe I won’t have to learn a crate! That would be good! But, I CAN learn. I’m a smart puppy already.

Oh, how I would love to have my own home and some peeps to cuddle with and they could love me and take good care of me. That is my first dream! My second dream is all about treats and playing and romping with my new family. Ah, I can see it all now!

I will have ALL of my shots, be microchipped and be neutered (whatever THAT is) before I go to your house – Uh, again - - Let’s call it “our” house. OK?

My foster mom loves me SO much that she only wants me to fly to my new home even if a pet transport truck was available. See my adoption information below.

If you would like to take me home (and you know you do), please email mpringle001@comcast.net and she can get me on my way to a new and loving home! My adoption fee is $500 USD and includes my vetting, neutering, microchip, health certificate, travel crate AND transportation on United Airlines from Houston, TX to areas in the Northeast U. S., North Central U. S., Northwest U. S., and Canada and will be arranged by the rescue group. (This is a courtesy posting.) Why Adoption is a Great Option

A - MICHAEL, a Stamford Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Stamford, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Stamford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Stamford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Stamford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Stamford paves the way for another one to be saved.
