THEIR STORY: Meet "Silverado." He is an 11 week old russian blue kitten with thick soft fur. He was left behind in an apartment when his owner decided to leave his home. No one knew when he would return if ever. He spent 3 days crying for help out of a 2nd story window, looking for anyone that would rescue him. Luckily, worried neighbors finally grabbed a ladder to rescue him. He was starving, but otherwise in good health and is when they contacted us for help with finding him an amazing home. He has since been neutered with his rabies and distemper shot. He also has been dewormed twice and was given a dawn dish soap flea bath.
PERSONALITY: Oh-my! He is a lover!!!!!!! My young children favor him over other kittens we have because he is very docile when held and loves attention. In a photo that is posted my oldest daughter (4) is holding him like a baby and he is in fact purring the whole time! He is playful and super needy. He will meow for attention! He would do well in a home with children or other animals.
IN ORDER TO ADOPT FROM ME:
1) You must show up with a cat carrier for a safe return to his/her new home (15 dollars at walmart, although I advise anyone to get a BIGGER size as you never know how big your kitty will get and they will always be more comfortable with traveling in it.
2) I will have you fill out an adoption contract (your personal information as well as mine).
3) The adoption fee is $75 dollars. He is neutered with distemper and rabies shot, dewormed twice, and given flea bath.
4) I will take a picture of you and the new kitty so we can share on our facebook page. I also will send you the photos 1 month from adoption date and see how the adoption is going.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM ME:
1) You will receive a 4 page informational packet that can answer any questions you may have. Has information of places to get discounted meds and other things.
2) Spay/Neuter certificate OR vet documents
3) Copy of the adoption contract (will have kittens DOB and background on it as well as my contact information)

***REMEMBER I WILL ALWAYS take the cat/kitten back if the adoption isn't working out. I don't want to see them given to the Humane Society (which can euthanize upwards of 50 or more cats a day like our local shelter) or put back on the streets******
